I bought a 17 Exercises pack, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

If you bought a 17 Exercises pack, it will be delivered via email. Please wait 15 minutes and check your spam folder. If you still have not received the product, please contact us via email at info@positivepsychology.com, and we’ll help get you sorted.

I bought a masterclass, program or online course. How do I access it?

You’ll find these products in your Dashboard. Use the same login details that were created during the checkout process. If you need to reset your account, you can do so here.

I contacted support, why haven't I heard back yet?
